Please do not look past this Eastern European Cuisine in the quiet Laurel Heights-ish/Richmond district. We were looking for something Polish for my boss to enjoy and it really to her back to her childhood eating some long forgotten dishes. It invoked her senses and taste buds and she reminisced about her polish grandmother and mom's cooking. Mission accomplished. =) We ordered so much to try and taste and we were all deliciously pleased w/ everything that Babushka cooked in the the back. Borsch, potato pierogies, Latskas, Schnitzel, Kraut, goulash, and sausage...filled our dining table. Really well done, seasoned, and enjoyable. We hope to return, if we're back in the city and have a hankering for polish/german/Russian/eastern European food for sure.
